Event Producer

Location: Shenzhen Office, occasional travel to GZ & HK

From idea generation to smooth running of the event, event producers are project leaders, responsible for almost all aspect of conference management on a project basis.

Job Responsibilities:

-Marketing research and topic generation to ensure that the event meets the needs of the identified market
-Program development
-Selecting and inviting speakers
-On-site co-ordination
-Identifying potential sponsors
-Budgetary control
-Working closely with senior management on sales, marketing and financial decisions.

Requirements:

-University Graduate or above; ideally in English, Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, etc.
-Conference production experience is not a must but will be a great advantage.
-Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English
-Comprehensive knowledge of business and industry trends; Good market sense
-Familiar with and proven success in the Financial / Consulting field preferred.
-Computer Skills with high degree of proficiency in the following software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
-Responsible, organizational and efficient

Sales Executive
Location: Shenzhen Office, occasional travel to GZ & HK

This is a direct sales position that is responsible for promoting PEO training services, sponsorship programs, publications and other services to prospective and existing customers. The key objective of this position is to generate new sales revenue for PEO China in accordance to the sales targets set by the management.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Contact existing and prospective customers to make appointments for effective sales presentations
2. Identify customers’ needs during sales meetings and recommend suitable products and services to customers.
3. Maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing quality customer service.
4. Quote prices and credit terms and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained.
5. Develop knowledge of contents and special features of products and services and to explain such features and benefits to customers during sales presentations.
6. Stay current with regulatory development, market trends and special events that may help sell PEO services.
7. Prepare and submit regular sales report of business transactions and share customers’ feedback with management.
8. Attend social events to network with prospective customers and to promote PEO services.

Requirements:

1. University Graduate or above; ideally in English, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Accounting etc.
2. At least 1 year experience in sales & marketing, preferably in training, accounting, consulting, HR service, PR or advertising industry
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English
4. Cantonese speaking is not a must but will be an advantage
5. Comprehensive knowledge of business and industry trends; Good market sense
6. Responsible, trustworthy and efficient
7. Computer Skills with high degree of proficiency in the following software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
